In a long term project of writing, designing, creating original artwork, and layout; students create children's books. Students must plan the topic, length, size, format, imagery, copyright, and content as specific as possible. All while considering how to do this using the elements and principles of design. Once the design is complete, students print and assemble their books into functional pieces of art.
